We offer a 12-hour cancellation window starting from the moment you successfully place your order.

During this 12-hour period, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once the 12-hour window has passed and the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

How to Cancel an Order:

If you wish to cancel, please follow these steps:

2. Subject Line: URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]

3. Include:

   • Your full name

   • Your order number

   • A clear request for cancellation

If your order has not been processed yet, we will immediately cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you can still return the item once received, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Order Modification Policy

We allow modifications to your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, our fulfillment team may have already processed the order, making changes not possible.

Changes You May Request:

• Shipping Address Updates: If the shipping address is incorrect, notify us within 12 hours, and we’ll update it before processing.

• Product Adjustments (Size, Color, Style): If you wish to change the size, color, or style of an item, please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, we recommend canceling the original order (within the 12-hour window) and placing a new one to avoid delays.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

• Requests submitted after the 12-hour window may not be possible to accommodate.

• Once your order is shipped, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.

• Please double-check your shipping details, sizes, and product choices before finalizing your purchase.

5. Refund Processing

If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the order has already shipped, refunds will only be processed after the item is returned and inspected.
